K.B Omane is the Country Managing Partner of TGS PenielStephens. He has held senior positions at Ernst & Young professional practice in Ghana and within the SDC Group (SDC Finance, SDC Capital & SDC Properties) subsidiaries of TAH Pty of South Africa where he served as the Group Chief Audit Executive.

He was also the Group Finance Director, Africa Region- Ghana, Benin, Ivory Coast & Mauritius for Persistent Energy Africa (PEG Africa-Renewable Energy company) where he led the finance function during due diligence for equity and debt capital raise. He was in charge of financial reporting, investor reporting, grants and donor reporting, compliance reviews and was also responsible for the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework of the company. Stephen is also the Advisory & Tax Lead Partner.

Francis Kofi Takyi

Partner - Audit & Assurance

Francis, a Partner and leader of the audit service line at TGS PenielStephens, brings over 15 years of extensive audit and assurance experience to the firm. His expertise spans a diverse portfolio of multinational and local companies across various industries, both in Ghana and abroad.

Prior to joining TGS PenielStephens, Francis honed his skills during a decade-long tenure at Ernst & Young, a testament to his deep professional background.

His specialization includes a wide range of sectors, with significant experience in auditing clients within the consumer market, government, non-governmental, and real estate sectors. 

Beyond traditional audits, Francis has also overseen and successfully executed numerous financial due diligence reviews, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial scrutiny and advisory. This blend of experience in both large-scale, international firms and diverse industry sectors positions Francis as a highly capable and versatile leader in the audit field.

Hannah Nana Adwoa Nkulenu

Senior Manager- Accounting, Core Business Solutions

Hannah Nana Adwoa Nkulenu has extensive experience in financial reporting, performance management reporting, cloud accounting, operations management among others. She currently serves as Senior Manager where she has successfully managed multiple accounting engagements across diverse industries and sectors.

Throughout her career, Nana Adwoa has demonstrated strong leadership, client relationship management and team management skills ensuring that she delights those she serves. 

Beyond assurance and accounting, she has a strong background in business operations management. 

As a results-driven professional with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for financial excellence, Nana Adwoa continues to contribute significantly to the success of organizations by providing strategic financial insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Woedem Lardi-Glawu

Woedem Lardi-Glawu has over eight years of professional experience in accounting, audit & assurance, with extensive experience servicing clients across many sectors including financial services, oil and gas and consumer products. 

Woedem possesses a robust background in accounting and auditing gained from working for seven years with one of the well-known and prestigious Big 4 accounting firms. He is adept in financial analysis and reporting, with a proven ability of delivering satisfying results and providing strategic financial guidance to organizations. He also possesses personal attributes such as sound analytical skills, dynamism, meticulousness and achievement orientation; which have equipped him to apply self-strengths in achieving team and corporate aspirations, as well as personal objectives.
