TGS PenielStephens possesses a distinctive history since its inception. The firm was established by K.B Omane on 1 July 2017, operating under the name PenielStephens Chartered Accountants, with PenielStephens Limited serving as the consulting division. The firm began its operations in his vehicle for six months before relocating to its fully established office. In 2017, the firm received a grade \u201cD\u201d rating. However, due to its quality of delivery and growth, it was reclassified as a grade\u00a0\u201cA\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0rated firm by the Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana in 2023.\u00a0The firm in 2021 became an independent member firm\u00a0of TGS Global, which is headquartered in France and operates in 76 countries, and subsequently rebranded to TGS PenielStephens.<\/p>


TGS PenielStephens has a highly skilled core team of qualified auditors, accountants, and tax practitioners, all of whom bring several years of practical and successful hands-on experience in senior and top management roles within both the public and private sectors of Ghana and other African countries.<\/p>
